Terms & Conditions of LUNAR2025 Promotion

• LUNAR2025 promotion is valid for bookings made from 15 January 2025 to 19 February 2025 for check-ins up to 29 June 2025 only.
• Min 2 consecutive night stays are required for 2 bedroom pool villas, 2 +1 bedroom pool villa and 3 bedroom pool villa during Weekends, Public Holidays and Peak Periods.
• Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking and is strictly non-refundable or cancellable. Modification of dates are restricted to stays within the promotional period, subject to availability and must be made not less than 72 hours prior to revised booking date. Revised dates must also be within the same criteria, e.g. weekday to weekday and not within festive periods and public holidays where applicable.
• Changes to booking will be charged an amendment fee of MYR50.00.
• Promotion rate includes price for the villas/suite, breakfast (served in villa or at The Cafe) and dinner (served at The Cafe) for up to 2 adults & 2 children 12 years and below, per room per night booked; any other extras such as additional guests, extra breakfast, other meals, beverages and activities, etc will be charged separately.
• Max occupancy limits apply; 2 adults & 2 children 12 years and below.
• Offer is limited and subject to availability, is not applicable for groups and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
• Room rates are subject to government tourism tax (Tourism Tax) of MYR10.00 per room per night, if applicable. The Tourism Tax will be charged at the hotel and payment to be made upon check-out. Malaysian citizens (MyKad holders) and permanent residents (MyPR card holders) are exempted. It is mandatory to produce MyKad and/or MyPR and/or other relevant documents upon check-in for registration for identification of nationality and citizenship purposes.
• Pahang Sustainability Tax of MYR 3.00 nett per room per night will be added to the final invoice.
